Dive into the delicious world of handmade ravioli in this immersive cooking class with Chef Sean!

Chef Sean will also teach you the technique of kneading the dough and rolling it out into sheets. Mix up ricotta, Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses for a creamy filling flavored with Italian seasoning. Next, you'll learn the method to make stuffed ravioli and seal off the edges. As the pasta cooks, whip up a fresh marinara sauce with San Marzano tomatoes seasoned with basil and garlic.
