Get to know your Cricut! Whether you're brand new to digital cutting machines or just need a refresher, this hands-on workshop will walk you through everything you need to get started with your Cricut.

We’ll cover setup, design tools, material selection, and how to complete your first project using Cricut Design Space.

You’ll follow along with a simple guided project to learn the workflow, then enjoy some work time to begin your own creation. We’ll provide the guidance — you bring your ideas!

Class Requirements

What to Bring:

A laptop with Cricut Design Space installed
Any specialty materials you'd like to use for your personal project
We'll supply a few basic materials for practice and learning. No prior experience necessary!

What you'll learn:

How to navigate Cricut Design Space — from creating new projects to customizing templates
Understanding material settings and tool selection — for vinyl, cardstock, iron-on, and more
How to prep and load materials — using standard grip mats and blade tools correctly
Cutting, weeding, and transferring designs — step-by-step basics for crisp, clean results

Safety tips and workflow overview
Guided demo: Designing and cutting a simple vinyl or paper project in Cricut Design Space
Participants follow along and complete their first cut using provided materials

Workshop is non-refundable. Credit issued up to 10 days prior to workshop. No credits or refunds issued for cancellations within 10 days of workshop.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
