Class Description

Description

In this workshop we'll create beautiful light up shadow boxes that make the perfect glowing keepsake for yourself or a delightful gift for someone else. We'll paint and decorate our shadow boxes to create unique scenes and designs. Next well add in glowing fairy lights and then mix and pour resin over the design to complete our beautiful work of art.

Please note that resin takes approximately 16–24 hours to fully cure. We are happy to hold your project at our studio to dry, or we can carefully box it up for you to take home. However, Design Hive is not responsible for any damage to items once they leave the studio or for any surfaces that may be affected by uncured resin. We recommend handling your piece with care and placing it on a protective surface until fully cured.

What you'll learn:

  • Painting
  • Resin mixing and pouring techniques

Children under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Refund Policy

Workshop is non-refundable. Credit issued up to 10 days prior to workshop. No credits or refunds issued for cancellations within 10 days of workshop.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
