Brian Scordato

Teaches at General Assembly

Brian Scordato is currently the founder of Find Your Lobster, his second funded startup. He also serves as EIR at Mayday-Mayday-Mayday, a branding and creative consultancy. Prior to those ventures, Brian spent time on the other side of the table working with Johnson & Johnson’s Venture Capital arm, JJDC. He has also consulted for a number of social startups and worked in Capital Markets at Thomson Reuters. Brian has an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA from Union College, where he is the 7th all-time leading scorer for their basketball team. Brian currently lives in New York City.

Brian was a great instructor! His 30 Days from Idea to Decision class was insightful, informative, and light-hearted. He had a lot of inside knowledge and provided plenty of examples to help wrap, especially for a newbie like me, your head around the structure of how to optimally begin a startup the smart way. I believe anyone can find a nugget of useful information in his class.
