Description

Demystify Cinema 4D in this two-day course that will introduce to you to workflows and best practices when using the Cineware plugin in After Effects.

Learn to animate in Cinema 4D Lite with a simplified timeline and animation controls. Model basic objects, splines, materials, reflections and more. Work with parenting to create text extrusions and complex objects. Utilize your After Effects compositing skills to blend realistic 3D text objects. Create 3D motion tracking in After Effects and work with the same data in Cinema 4D.

This course is intended for experienced After Effects users that want to augment their 3D skillset for motion graphics applications.

Course Outline

Learn the best practices to create 3D objects for motion graphics applications in After Effects
Explore After Effects and Cinema 4D Workflows
Create shapes and splines to create custom objects
Animate with the simplified timeline
Incorporate compositing skills from After Effects
Work with the Mograph menu and Effectors
Apply Lights and Cameras
Work with 3D Motion Tracking with the Cineware plugin
Learn to manipulate project settings, render and quality settings

Prerequisite:

After Effects Training: Essential Skills 1, or equivalent knowledge
Previous 3D experience is helpful, but not required

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

All fees, payments, and funds applied toward a training service agreement with Lumenbrite training are nonrefundable to the participants, clients, or trainees stated under these terms and conditions of this legal binding document. This includes any commitment including a verbal or written promise such as this registration. It is the student's responsibility to attend the class they are registered for.

However, all students may reschedule up to 10 business days prior to the scheduled training with LUMENBRITE TRAINING and apply any payment, funds, or purchase orders, already invested in a training agreement toward a future training offered by the center. Included in the price of each individual training seat, is a $150.00 nonrefundable administrative fee.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
