My name is Emma! I'm a classically trained opera singer and baker. I hail from a small town in rural Ontario, and have had the opportunity to live in big cities around the world. Experiencing the food and drink (but mostly desserts!) of other cultures is one of my favourite things about travelling. 

I'll help you tackle basic baking skills, develop a solid technique, and guide you though the final touches of creating delicious treats!
