Welcome to the wonderful world of Rum! A global spirit produced in 90+ countries in a vast array of styles ranging from moonshine to highly coveted, rare, and limited expressions offer a little bit of something for any spirits and cocktails enthusiast. It’s not just great for your favorite Mojito or Cuba Libre - Rum is a beautifully diverse spirit with a rich history that can transport you to locales around the world and elevate your cocktail making game. In this class, you will discover the origins of the category, take a deep dive into the production methods, and explore the flavor profiles of Rum, and so much more! Together we will explore the fundamentals and try different expressions of this amazing spirit.
Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with rum expert Shannon Mustipher.

All class purchases are non-refundable.
Class reservations can be exchanged up to 72 hours prior to the date of the class for another class of equal or lesser value. Classes may also be transferred to another attendee by emailing [email protected] 24 hours before the start of the class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
