Description

Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of martial arts in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment! They will learn basic fighting stances, punches, kicks, blocks, and simple self-defense techniques. The class will also include warm-up exercises, coordination drills, and activities that promote confidence, discipline, and respect.

Special Requirements: No prior martial arts experience is needed! Students should wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. A martial arts uniform is not required for the first class.
