Description

For Students with no prior knowledge or background in Lindy Hop / Swing. This class is an introduction to the look and feel of social swing dancing. This course is intended to provide instruction and repetition of the basic 6-count patterns that form the structure of this dance.

Students should feel comfortable with all the material and take this class for a few months before moving to the next level. We recommend students obtain teacher approval before taking the Advance Basic class.

Each month will cover new material.

ALL beginner classes are progressive and people should join either the 1st or 2nd week of the month’s session in order to continue to drop in to other sessions for the month. if they don’t join the 1st or 2nd, they cannot drop in.

Refund Policy

  • No Carryovers.
  • No Refunds.
  • Credit Only.

Classes may be canceled at studio’s discretion.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Course was well done overall and the instructors were energetic/friendly. However, it's definitely not for total beginners since the instruction goes very quickly. More like a refresher or for people who have basic steps down already.

    Great class. Teacher was fun and approachable. Smaller class for more individual attention would have been nice, but still fun overall.

    The instructor was great. She really has passion for West Coast Swing and teaching. She broke all the steps down in an easy-to-follow format and even those who had zero experience in dance found themselves following along well. I would recommend this workshop.
