  Emma was exceptional in her ability to explain the best herbs to consider for respiratory problems And brought in other topics that made a lot of sense such as grief work and breathing.She presented with confidence and knowledge that made you feel like you were in good hands.Highly recommended for anyone interested in expanding their knowledge and repertoire of the best herbs to use for respiratory concerns/illnesses.
